Our Team



Dr Rowena Mobbs is a neurologist with PhD and subspeciality interest in cognitive disturbance, neuropsychiatric disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. 

She has a PhD in myeloradiculopathy, and has published a guide on dementia.

She is appointed Senior Lecturer, Department of Clinical Medicine at Macquarie University Hospital, and also sees patients at Mater Hospital.

Dr Louise Rigney

Neurologist & Neurophysiologist

Dr Louise Rigney has a subspecialty interest in cognitive and behavioural neurology - she is also an expert in neurophysiology.

Dr Alexis Selby

Neurologist & Neurophysiologist

Dr Selby's particular interests include headache, migraine, peripheral nerve disorders, functional neurological disorders, neuroinflammatory disorders, neuromuscular disorders and hyperhidrosis. She undertook her fellowship in neurophysiology.


She is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Headache Society and her passion is helping people suffering from migraine and other headache disorders.

Dr Yun Hwang


Dr Yun Hwang has a particular interest in complex headaches, having completed the Headache Masterclass organised by the International Headache Society.


He is currently pursuing a doctorate in dementia at the Brain and Mind Centre in the University of Sydney.

A/Prof Antonio Di leva


Dr Antonio Di leva, a member of Macquarie Neurosurgery, is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery with an expertise in neuro-oncology, pituitary and skull base surgery. He specialises in microneurosurgery and pain treatment.

He is a leader in the field of neuro-endoscopy and minimally invasive "keyhole" neurosurgery.

Dr Tejas Patel

Neurologist & Neurophysiologist

Dr Patel is a neurologist with a special interest in movement disorders, neurophysiology, vertigo, stroke, and botulinum toxin injection therapy for neurological conditions.

Dr Renata Abraszko


Dr Renata Abraszko is an internationally trained neurosurgeon, performing both neurosurgery and spine surgery.

She has a particular interest in spine surgeries, including minimally invasive and motion preservation surgeries, in addition to brain tumours, cerebro-vascular malformations, and head trauma.

Dr Thurai Gogulan


Dr Gogulan is a consultant geriatrician at Harbour Neurology Group, an expert in the care of older patients.

His particular interests include neurological disorders such as dementia, as well as polypharmacy, falls in the elderly, palliative care and ortho-geriatrics.

Dr Alessandro Fois


Dr Alessandro (Alex) Fois completed his Movement Disorders Fellowship at Westmead Hospital and is continuing research focused on tremor.

Dr Fois is passionate about extending the reach of neurological care in Australia and using the power of telemedicine. His clinical interests include movement disorders (such as Parkinson’s disease, tremor, and dystonia), headache, the use of botulinum toxin for the treatment of neurological problems, and general neurology.

Dr Susan Subrata


Dr Susan Subrata is a consultant geriatrician with a focus on delivering compassionate, patient-centred
care for older people over the age of 65.


Her areas of interest include
dementia assessment, prevention and management
of behavioural issues related to dementia,
management of chronic medical conditions,
falls assessment and orthogeriatric care,
comprehensive geriatric assessments,
surgical liaison and perioperative care.

Roisin Browne

Neuro-occupational Therapist

Roisin Browne is an Occupational Therapist trained in London, graduating from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London in 2001. Roisin worked in the UK and Canada for four years before moving to Australia in 2005.

At Harbour Neurology Group Roisin provides individualised, tailored care strategies to those living with dementia or cognitive impairment.

Roisin is delighted to provide home visits.

Lily Chen


Lily is a dietitian with a wealth of experience in clinical care, teaching, management and research.


She currently serves as the Strategic Communications Chair for the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Besides English, Lily is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and Spanish.

Katy Fitzgerald

Counsellor & Psychotherapist

Katy is a counsellor and psychotherapist with over 12 years experience working with people facing challenging situations of all kinds.

Katy believes very strongly that dementia and similar illnesses not only affect the patient but their families as well, and she believes in validating the personality and history of the person with dementia and building on their strengths.

Sandrine Woo

Speech-language Pathologist

Sandrine is a speech and language pathologist who can assist in clear communication and assessment of swallowing in patients, as well as helping to improve professional skills for those where communication is paramount.

She is a Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) Certified Clinician for those with Parkinson's disease.

Pamela Walton


Pamela is an Orthoptist with over 35 years experience, assisting in private opthalmological practices and working as an Orthoptist in a number of Public Hospitals.

At Harbour Neurology Group, Pamela provides eye alignment care and visual assessments for those with double vision.

Jill Stroud

Neurophysiology Technician

Jill is a highly experienced neurophysiology technician who, along with Catherine, assists Harbour Neurology Group in testing such as nerve conduction studies, electromyography and electroencephalography (EEG).

Dr Tanya Lye



Dr Lye is a Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 16 years of clinical experience in the assessment of adults with a broad range of neurological, psychological and behavioural conditions.

She holds a particular interest and expertise in geriatric neuropsychology, dementia diagnosis, assessment of capacity and neuropsychological rehabilitation.

Dr Jennifer Mitchell


Clinical Psychologist

Dr Mitchell has extensive experience assessing and treating depression, anxiety, and trauma and associated dysregulation issues.

At Harbour Neurology Group, Dr Mitchell has a particular focus on improving quality of life, offering Cognitive Behaviour (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy (MiBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Dr Anna Miskovic-Wheatley

Clinical Psychologist

Dr Miskovic-Wheatley is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of clinical experience in the neuropsychological assessment of older adults with a broad range of neurological, psychological and behavioural conditions.

Anna previously worked with the St Vincent's Hospital Psychogeriatric Mental Health and Dementia Service for 8 years, where she offered diagnosis, psychological treatment programs, questions of capacity, Guardianship Tribunal hearings, and neuropsychological rehabilitation.

Jane Highfield

Clinical Psychologist

Jane Highfield is a Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years of experience in a variety of environments including schools, dementia assessment, forensic, military and adult mental health settings.


She has extensive experience assessing and treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Jane has a strong focus on wellness and improving quality of life, offering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Ana is one of the friendly and welcoming practice support staff caring for patients upon their arrival at Harbour Neurology Group. She is an expert in administration and practice management, and can facilitate any queries or concerns.

Ana has extensive experience in Aged Care and understands many of the issues faced by patients. She would be delighted to be of assistance.
